When CMS men just won’t be told

So an edited version of a recent experience. I work with another woman colleague on leading a specific intellectual project in CMS. We have recently had to write several very strong emails to two men who were assisting with an element of this project, about total failure to meet deadlines. After being told by them that our behaviour was unreasonable in various ways, they then roped in another man to intercede. He had no formal authority in this process, needless to say, but they managed between them to work out a ‘solution’. Thank goodness, my friend and I said. After all, who would trust women to run a project without help from men?
